Who operates ticket sales?
Ticket sales are operated by Ticketer OÜ (ticketer.ee). After purchase, your e‑ticket is sent by e‑mail and includes a unique QR code. The QR code is scanned at the entrance.
For order assistance or invoice requests, please contact Ticketer support at support@ticketer.ee.
Service fees are charged by Ticketer and are non‑refundable, except if the event is canceled or rescheduled.
What is the age limit?
18+ only. Please bring a valid ID.
Can I bring drinks, bags, or flags?
No outside drinks are allowed (including water, soft drinks, and alcohol). Free water points are available inside the venue.
Bags: only small handbags are allowed inside (A4 size or smaller). Backpacks must be left in the cloakroom for safety reasons.
Flags: handheld flags are allowed as long as they do not contain aggressive, hateful, or discriminatory messages. Hard poles and oversized flags are not allowed.
Zero tolerance (narcotics)
We operate a zero‑tolerance policy to illegal narcotic drugs and substances. Security may conduct searches on entry. Anyone found in possession, under the influence, or dealing illegal narcotics may be refused entry or removed without refund and reported to the police.
Prohibited & restricted items
Not allowed at the event:
- Weapons or sharp objects (incl. knives, multitools), fireworks, flares, lasers
- Any outside drinks or liquids (including water and alcohol); glass containers; large drink bottles (>500ml)
- Food (unless for medical needs), aerosol cans (pepper spray, etc.)
- Professional photo/video/audio equipment, drones, laser pointers
- Large bags/backpacks (anything bigger than A4/12")
- Selfie sticks, umbrellas, hard banners/flag poles
Allowed: small bags (A4 size), compact cameras/phones, earplugs, portable chargers. Please follow staff instructions at all times.
Can I re‑enter the venue?
Re‑entry policy is determined by the venue on show day. Follow announcements on our social channels.
